How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Contact Support - Email support@apexmod.com with your order number and photos of the issue
2. Inspection - Our team will review your claim within 2 business days
3. Resolution - We'll either repair, replace, or refund the product
4. Return Shipping - If repair is needed, we'll provide a prepaid return label

Warranty Registration

While not required, registering your product ensures you have the fastest warranty claim processing.

Your order email automatically registers your purchase. No additional action needed.

Proof of Purchase

To claim warranty coverage, you'll need your original order receipt or email. Keep this information safe in case you need to file a warranty claim.

Warranty Transferability

Warranties are tied to the product, not the original owner. If you sell your vehicle or transfer a product, the warranty transfers with it. Contact us with proof of original purchase to register the new owner.
