Service Area

We currently ship to:

• United States (all 50 states)
• Canada

International shipping coming soon. Contact us for inquiries.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and verified within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real-time through our carrier's tracking portal.

Delivery Issues

If your package doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe:

1. Check your tracking information
2. Wait 3-5 additional business days
3. Contact our support team if still not received

We'll investigate and work with carriers to locate your package or issue a replacement/refund.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

1. Do not discard the packaging or box
2. Take photos of the damage
3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order number
4. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund

Holiday & Seasonal Notice

During peak seasons (holidays, Black Friday, etc.), processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days. We'll notify you by email if there are any delays.
